Woohoo! :)

Extremely Difficult
Your life has been 54% difficult.

Based on your family, money, political context, and personal situation -- during the important years of your development -- it appears your life was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. What does this mean?

Well, the "difficulty" of your life is a measure of how rough you had it. Relative to the world, you had a very, very difficult childhood. I'm not sure what "success" means to you, but whatever it is, you can achieve it. When you do, it'll be that much more impressive.

I have a new test! Straight males and gay/bi females, check out my brand new How Low Are Your Sex Standards Test

My test tracked 1 variable How you compared to other people your age and gender:

I think it was the "gay, bankrupt, child of a divorced alcoholic" that did it :)

Somehow, I imagine they mean 'relative to the rest of the Western industrialized world' here, and not the world as a whole. But I can't get to the test from work, so I don't know if they have questions relating to how many years you served in the military before age 15, or how many times your home was bombed.

This is absolutely true :) Relative to most quiz-takers of the same basic socioeconomucational brackets as the quiz-writer (that is, probably white, 25, educated, computer-literate, and with free time to spare) I had it rough. There was nothing at all about unexpected violent government actions, complete breakdowns of the social structure and vital institutions, or, indeed, crippling poverty of any sort.

Sure, get all "realistic perspective" on me! Let me enjoy my defeat!

Holymoly, the gay bit must really put you over(which I'm not gonna argue with at all), but I was the child of a divorced jobless drug addict myself. O.o I only scored "difficult", about 10 points moreso than Sdo..who as I understand had it pretty cushy until about 5 years ago. Hmm.

That was one thing that frustrated me, was that there was nothing past childhood. I could have cleaned house on the "deadbeat roommate" angle. Then, of course, I would have had to admit to "but then my parents paid my way through my Bachelor's degree and housed me for my Masters," and it would have skewed things a bit :)

This test...not so scientific.

Not at all. Maybe it should be called difficult childhood, not difficult life.
