Anybody need a futon?

I'm thinking of parting with one of my futon couches. This one has a black metal frame and a burgeondy futon cover. Very dense mattress, folds into a couch.

It's not in the best condition--the joints are a little loose, and it's impossible to tighten them, so I think it'll survive one more move no problem, two more moves and be in the autumn phase of its life.

Transport is left as an excercise to the reader.

Free, but offerings of a free meal are always appreciated.

Hm. What's the size and condition of the mattress? I have a futon currently, but the mattress has been gaining in years, and it might be time to look into replacing it, heh.

I'm going to give people that want both parts (frame and mattress) preference but it's in good shape. It probably needs a steam-clean, tho.

It helps that I've always used a mattess slipcover.

If you've still got it around August, I'd be more than happy to take it off your paws. :)

No, but you don't know anyone who needs a table and 2 dubious chairs do you? Its not crap! (Well, the chairs are, but the table is excelent, dark wood with black legs, small enough for most apartments.) I pick up my new dinning room set tomorrow, and i have no place to put this thing. >.< Pre-emptively, your going to say Goodwill. But I'd rather not, this thing really is decent, we just wanted something larger, and well, chairs... Help! stuff!
