Beauty...

"The Kids of Widney High: Special Music from Special Kids."

I am in bad taste paradise.

[does little hyena dance]

It's just as well I broke my CD player at home. Badger would come after me. Butterfly's already asking me to borrow it.

Oh. Oh, this is too good. I'm going to be listening to this every day. My life is complete. How, how did I go so long without this album?

My god, there are background singers. Hee hee. With tempo issues. I shouldn't be laughing. I can't stop laughing.

[pause]

ARGH! Bad synth! They're consciously reconstructing the 80's!

[maniacal laughter]

Wait, that's not fair, this was recorded in '89. Hee. Hee hee. [off-kilter groove to "stand, stand up and dance"]

[wide-eyed stare] I didn't understand that stanza at all. I feel slightly condemned to hell for enjoying this so much. This is going to be making an appearance on my next album. [sings, "Come on everybody, throw away the trash! If they don't throw away, I pity the fool!"]

Oh, lordy, I'm so going to hell.

That makes two of us. Why in the world do I feel so compelled to continue listening?

Bleh, forgot to ask: you wouldn't happen to have the X-Mas CD with the infamous "Ding! Fries Are Done!", would you?

Is that one of the Widney High christmas albums? No, not yet, but I'll probably start aquiring them in January. I'm not going to buy myself any more toys this year, what with Christmas being around the coroner, and all.

And now, it's over :( Though I have spread the joy along, and periodically hear deep chortles from across the cubicle wall.

Some DVD players will also play audio CD's. FYI. I didn't tell you that. :)

Aye, I knew that (remember Butterfly playing her achey-breaky music at 95RPM?) But it's anchored to the living room, so if I played it as loud as I wanted to, nobody else could think.

Hee--currently I'm grooving to your Christmas present :)
