That's just too many new icons!

And I snapped this one up at Goodwill for use in my thrifthorror community, from a children's toy piano/organ from Italy. Anyone know what "Avril" means?

In French, Avril means April.

But it doesn't seem it means anything in Italian. Maybe its just the name of something? Google isn't much help, just yields garbage about the pop star.

*nodnod* It could just be that they used the word because it's pretty, like Japlish.

When I first saw the icon I thought it said "AVAIL", which admittedly doesn't make much sense either, but it struck me as funny.

I could, what with the tie and the vest, be a reference to Avril Levigne, faux-punk-skater singer, wearer of ties, and general yawn-worthy pop phenomenon of 3 years ago.

Posssssibly--the bear looks kinda male, though, and Avril has long blonde hair, so I don't know if that really works so well.

Of course, it could be an Avril-branded product to which the bear has no relation at all. S'possible.
