...there is no god...

I've seen movies, and I've seen bad movies, but "Crush Groove" is among the worst. No-one should have told Run DMC and the Fat Boys they were big-screen material.

The eighties were a cruel decade, kind to no-one. Like a demented, incestuous bird of prey with a broken left wing in a lamarkian evolutionary system, it created twisted, brain-damaged hatchlings that flopped around, twittering and cawing, until their mother ate them, thinking they were perhaps frogs.

I'm going to gouge out my eyes now, there is nothing good left in this world.

Except pop-tarts.

A heavenly ray on this bleak April morn...

I agree. Nothing good ever came from the 80's,(myself included).

That's not a bad price either, I paid $80 for my copy. Copies with the dust jacket can fetch up to $500.

And I only saw the triumphant ending. I guess I should be glad that all pretense of acting had been abandoned by the time I sat down. :)

The verdict's still out on Crush Groove. I think in another decade, it'll be considered bigger than ET.

Brilliant description. I am once again impressed.
