My roommate just walked by in his bathrobe holding a hammer and a slice of pound cake.

Maybe he thought he needed a hammer to enjoy his morning slice of "pound" cake... :/

You mean people EAT poundcake? I thought it was something grocers stock on shelves to fill in the empty spaces.

They are definately the bricks of the baked goods section. But they're really good toasted with a little butter, and a home-made one is as good as any other cake and three times easier.

Poundcake + strawberries + whipped cream = Good.

Generally agreed, but owing to my...unique...dietary restrictions (I really dislike strawberries) I'm more a fan of blueberries (thanks, Auliya, for leaving the blueberries behind last night :)

You've got some really twisted roommates ;) Don't know how I'd function in such a household. Oh. Wait. Flaw in logic detected.

Fine. Ingore me. See if I care. But ignore this roommate too much and I could hop around the living room in a blue and orange kangaroo suit, holding a fruit cake in one hand and a pair of maracas in the other. I'd like to see you ignore me then.

No, then I'd wave my hands desperately, turn to our guests, and say "just...ignore her...please ignore her..."

On the other hand, you have a blue and orange kangaroo suit? Why aren't you sharing?
