Hmm...

Pecan tortillas with grilled chicken and portabella mushrooms?

I'm thinking mixing whole wheat flour and pecan meal together for the tortillas (making them is irritating, but the idea of flavoring the bread/wrap for a meal is tempting). Marinate the chicken in a mixture of oil, jalapenos, and maybe cider vinegar and wine, fill caps of 'bellas with same (would some cumin belong here, and maybe standard meat seasoning?) Grill both.

Topping: Sour Cream with Chipoltle & adobo mixed in, and some sort of exotic salsa.

Anyway, just meditating on fooood....
