It makes the peas taste funny, but it keeps them on my knife...
Most days, my lunch is a couple of pre-cooked grilled chicken breasts, romaine lettuce (pre-bagged), and olive oil and basalmic vinegar. I feel a little guilty about the Tyson chicken breasts, but a five-minute preptime is nothing to sneeze at.
Today, I splurged a little--I had a bottle of olive oil cut with black truffle oil, and used that with my tawdry chicken salad.
Interesting taste, but there's this persistent scent-flavor of mushroom that has suffused my throat and sinuses. It's very strong. I'm not sure I'm happy about it.
