What I Want to Make Next:

My habenero-chocolate-topped poundcake turned out pretty well, if a little on the bland side. It was neat--the way the chocolate ran down the cake, it looked like it was dipped in crude oil :) I want to try to make the same recipe, but cut the poundcake with a half a cup of Goldschlager. We'll see what happens. I'm worried the liquid will change the cake dynamics, though.
