I wonder if this website has been done--

Ever since it became possible to make money on the internets without a real product (or with an intangible product, like particularly good blogging)--money for specific needs, like "I really need to get my appendix removed, can someone please help me with a donation of $4?" or "Please help me get my kitty's conjoined twin seperated! I just need to get $2000 together for the operation..." it seems that the number of incidences of people asking for money for this, that or the other thing have increased.

So, I'm thinking some sort of Amazon-Reviewer type community, where people can post their desperate pleas, get reviews of them--with a lot of clickable advertising that gives each person $.01, or ways to conveniently paypal, say, $.25 or whatever. Progress reports available, too, and follow-up responses.

The website could be called "iWhore." Or is that too up-front? [Edit: I think it should be called "AngelBot" instead...]
