I'll throw money at them, and they will change the oil, degunkify the fuel injector, and get it inspected. Yay. Unfortunately, there's something a little screwy with the electrical system that's causing the "check engine" light to come on. Boo. I was going to escape for about $150, but that'll probably add a few dollars to that total. Sigh.
Still, for a $1000 car, it's doing remarkably well. Weirdly, it's had 84000 miles on it for about two years now. Funny, that. Maybe it believes its own lies.
