Grilled salmon on the barbeque pit, with a marinade that used some purple basil and holy basil from my garden. Served with fried zuchinni and mushrooms, with a little ginger and a few shakes of essential lemon grass oil (it's pretty mild stuff, and this was steam-extracted, so it should be safe), along with a few slices of avocado that were in the freezer just long enough to be on the edge of freezing, with a drizzle of lemon juice over them. All very tasty!
