Seeing how I didn't vote for him in the recall (I voted for Peter C. of the Green Party), I felt that everybody voting for him were just plain nuts and stupid: I hope Fabian Nunez kicks him where it hurts the most.

Not surprised that Arnold is noticing he's in the same position Gray Davis was in.....

I'm hoping he goes the way of Jesse Ventura, *grin*.

You would think the people of California would have a sense of humor after voting for Arnold.

I do have a sense of humor. But I just don't really care much for Arnold. All this is going to do is get him on a spot for the Daily Show or any of the skit shows. Which I don't mind at all.

Heh. I don't know, look at the imbecile *our* governor has become.

The great state of Texas humbly apologizes--well, apologizes, at any rate--for letting our pet rock get out to run the free world.

Maybe the big lunk has a sense of irony. I can't rule it out. I'm not sure I'm comfortable with irony being in the hands of that much RAW MUSCLE.

(okay, not THAT much muscle...yes, I did see T3)

Hey, at least when Ventura was governor of Minnesota, he didn't challenge the State Congress party leaders into a no-holds barred cage match or something along those lines. For the most part he reserved his stupidity for other things. :)

Ok, so we had a marionette for a president for eight years, then a WWF superstar as a governor, and now Conan the Barbarian controls the 5th largest economy in the known world. I feel like we are living in a really spectacular dada prank, but I cannot for the life of me figure out who is behind it.

Think we could get Andrei Codrescu to comment on it?
